Superintendent
Dr. David Foley was appointed as Superintendent of Knoch School District on January 15, 2018. Dr. Foley is a graduate of Westminster College and earned his teaching certificate from the University of Pittsburgh, his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University, his Principal’s Certification from Slippery Rock University, and his Doctorate Degree in Administrative and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Foley taught in the Seneca Valley School District before becoming an elementary principal in the Grove City Area School District. He served as Assistant Superintendent of the Pine-Richland School District for three years before moving to West Middlesex Area School District where he served as Superintendent for 5 years before his arrival at Knoch.
