Knoch High School’s program of studies offer many formal programs that meet the needs of students with academic and vocational-technical interests. Honors courses are offered in English, mathematics, science, social studies and computer science. Advanced placement courses are offered in American history, biology, calculus, chemistry and English, along with numerous elective courses. Students are also encouraged to participate in co-curricular activities.
Knoch Middle School - Grades 6-8

The Knoch Middle School focuses on educational designs such as specific scheduling, team teaching and collaborative groups. At the middle level, students develop their intellectual ability, increase their self-esteem and cope with changes they are experiencing. Programs include teaming, interdisciplinary study, advisor/advisees, exploratory classes, flexible grouping, continuous progress, authentic assessment and parental involvement. In addition, advanced placement courses and elective courses are offered. Students are also encouraged to participate in co-curricular activities.
South Butler Intermediate Elementary School - Grades 4-5

The South Butler Intermediate Elementary School educates the school district’s 4-5 population. In fourth grade, a self-contained classroom setting is utilized with a progressive program of reading, mathematics, writing, social studies, science and English. Students in fifth grade follow a partial departmentalized class schedule in preparation for the middle school. Subjects include social studies, math, science and English. All report to art, music, library and physical education and all receive computer instruction.
South Butler Primary School - Grades K-12

The South Butler Primary educates the district’s K-3 population. Kindergarten students attend half-day sessions and have a formalized program effectively established to contribute to the child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. In grades one through three, a self-contained classroom setting is utilized with a progressive program of reading, mathematics, writing, social studies, science, and English.
