On January 18, DARE Officer Bryce Foreback recognized all of the fifth graders who completed the DARE program this year. He presented each student with a certificate and pin. He also announced the DARE Essay Contest winners for each classroom. They are as follows:
Ms. Evans's Class - Daniel Martin, Eric Hixson, and Willow Fichter
Mrs. Kohut's Class - Ella Riley, Addison Hildebrand, and Paige Palmer
Mrs. Johnston's Class - Grace Powell, Wesley Hager, and Jordan Gealey
Mrs. Lambert's Class - Ella Bergbigler, Brynleigh Krepp, and Serena Wichrowski
Mrs. Callender's Class - Harper Lauer, Nora Griffith, and Avelynn Brickett
Mrs. Cecchetti's Class - Emrie Kozora, Lea Caudill, and (not pictured) Riley Smith
Finally, Paige Palmer's essay was chosen as the building winner.
