Technology Support During COVID19 Shutdown FAQ

Device Collection 

Office hours end June 5, 2020 for chromebook repairs. We will be collecting devices following the published schedule beginning June 8, 2020.  

Reporting a problem with your device or password for staff or student:

If possible, report problems via email techstaff@southbutler.net or call 724-352-1700, ext. 5800.  Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Chromebook exchange for non-working devices:

Effective April 20, 2020, exchanges can be made at the South Butler County School District Administrative Office by appointment only, daily Monday thru Friday, except holidays. For appointment, email techstaff@southbutler.net or call 724-352-1700, ext. 5800.

Chromebook pickup instructions for students:

Effective April 20, 2020 thru June 5, 2020, pickup can be made at the South Butler County School District Administrative Office by appointment only, daily Monday thru Friday, except holidays. For appointment, email techstaff@southbutler.netor call 724-352-1700, ext. 5800.
